Step 2:
Print out the forms, review the dealer agreement, fill out and sign the Dealer Application and ACH Forms.
Step 3:
Fax the following items to 201-818-0641 for processing:
- Dealer Application (completed and signed)
- ACH Form (completed and signed) and a copy of a voided check (for direct funding)
- A copy of your latest financial statement or tax return
Once faxed please allow 24 hrs for processing. For application status please call Merchant Services at 1-800-538-3638.
Once your application is approved a welcome kit will be mailed to you.
